To remove existing metal door frame and repair the wall it was attached to would be in my opinion around £200-250/frame approx. It all depend on the time frame required to remove it and fix the damaged wall behind it. They are also 40mm thick as opposed to 35mm for imperial sized doors. You'll probably find they are only available to order from a builders merchants.
