Smart Junction Box Issue ⚠️ We have a 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid and one day the dashboard warnings just started doing a light show, random warnings flashing on and off with others staying on, depending on when we're driving.I was told by the dealership that the smart box failed so they installed a new one and now they say they can't restart it without installing a new radio because "frequency interference" which doesnt make sense to me. This circuit is one of the "12V Always Hot" circuits that powers components controlled by the BCM, or as Ford calls it, the "Smart Junction Box". I have already determined that it is not the Smart Junction Box, as well as a few other components powered by that circuit.I have a 2006 Fusion that had the same issue with one of the front turn signals not working due to the SJB (smart junction box). I did not want to pay 0 to fix a turn signal on this older, high mileage vehicle.
